As a Business Development Associate , you’ll be a key part of our growth strategy—identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue. Whether you're a fresher or have up to 6 months of experience, this role offers ample opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact.

What You’ll Do

* Research and connect with prospective students, parents, and professionals across multiple channels (social, events, referrals).

* Conduct empathetic, consultative conversations to understand individual needs.

* Recommend customized learning solutions in alignment with client goals.

* Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals.

* Track progress, maintain CRM entries, and manage follow-ups efficiently.

* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

* Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine customer experience.

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* 0–6 months experience in sales, business development, or related roles. Freshers are welcome!

* Ability to understand unique customer needs and recommend the right solutions.

* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Comfortable working from our Greater Noida office (online/hybrid available under certain terms).

* Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory for strong candidates.
