About JSS Jewellers:JSS Jewellers is a reputed name in the jewellery industry, known for our exquisite craftsmanship, integrity, and strong B2B network. We cater to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across domestic and international markets with high-quality gold, diamond, and customized jewellery collections. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B) to join our office-based team. The role involves building relationships with retailers and wholesalers, managing client communication, preparing order proposals, and supporting business growth through structured follow-ups and market research. This is an in-office role with no field sales or travel requirements. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, distributors) through online research, references, and internal databases. Initiate and manage communication with prospective clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and production team for custom orders or product recommendations. Prepare quotations, catalogues, pricing details, and order summaries as per client requests. Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates in CRM/software tools. Support senior management in sales planning, lead generation campaigns, and reporting. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields. 0–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (preferably in B2B or jewellery sector). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Knowledge of jewellery products or previous experience in a similar industry is an advantage. Work Environment:Office-based role (No fieldwork or travel involved). Collaborative and professional working culture.
