Job Description

Conroar is a growing offshore staffing startup helping companies in the USA, UK, and globally hire vetted remote talent across tech, marketing, and operations. We are currently in pre-launch stage and building our early GTM (Go-To-Market) efforts. We are looking for a self-driven and reliable Business Development Associate to support our outbound sales efforts. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the founder and be part of building something from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the USA/UK via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels Set up qualified meetings with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Hiring Managers) Maintain and update lead tracking sheets/CRM Draft and send cold email templates and LinkedIn messages Collaborate on outreach strategy, targeting, and reporting Follow up and nurture prospects under guidance Desired Candidate Profile: 1–2 years experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation Excellent written and spoken English Ability to work independently and meet targets Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets, and Gmail outreach Prior experience in agencies, HR services, or SaaS is a plus Compensation : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + incentives (based on experience) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: UK shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: Remote
