LegalGraph AI is an AI-powered contract management platform for transactional and corporate legal teams. We deliver pre-built, customizable agents for redlining, clause extraction, multi-contract analysis, and automated risk detection—deployable in minutes, not months.
Unlike legacy CLM platforms, LegalGraph allows lawyers to build their own AI agents in plain English—turning their judgment and playbooks into living, automated workflows.
This is a pure hunting, US-focused role. You will target real estate enterprises, property management firms, and CRE operators—driving outbound, opening doors, and closing deals for our AI workflow agents.
Success = strong outbound pipeline + rapid adoption among CRE customers.
Hunt & Close (US Market)
• Own outbound sales for CRE-focused AI agents targeting US buyers.
• Prospect into CRE accounts: property managers, REITs, asset managers, CRE tech teams.
• Run full-cycle sales remotely—from cold outreach to contract close.
Sell AI Workflow Solutions to Real Estate
• Position LegalGraph’s AI agents as automations for lease analysis, abstraction, compliance workflows, and property operations.
• Tailor demos based on real estate workflows and ROI.
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
• Build and mature pipelines for CRE enterprise accounts.
• Hit aggressive net-new ARR targets.
GTM Collaboration
• Partner with founders to refine vertical AI messaging for real estate.
• Provide customer insights to shape product roadmap and agent capabilities.
Domain Experience
✔ 3–7 years of selling Commercial Real Estate or Property Management software
✔ Experience selling one or more of the following (MUST-HAVE):
- Yardi
- MRI
- Buildium
- RealPage
- AppFolio
- Other CRE/PropTech SaaS (e.g., VTS, Entrata, ResMan)
✔ Deep understanding of the CRE ecosystem:
- Property management workflows
- Lease abstraction & compliance
- Asset management operations
- How owners/operators evaluate software & automation tools
✔ Proven hunter with a track record of outbound sourcing + closing US enterprise deals
✔ Ability to clearly articulate AI value propositions (even if not technical)
✔ Strong objection handling, ROI storytelling, and deal-closing skills
✔ Comfortable working US time zones
✔ Excellent spoken & written English
• Experience selling AI, automation, workflow, or analytics products
• Selling into REITs, brokers, CRE consultancies, or large property operators
• 0→1 or early-stage SaaS GTM experience
• Strong network in US real estate or PropTech
