We are specializing in both online and offline advertising. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ## **Role Overview**

The Business Development & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets for Social Santa Belgaum. This role demands a proactive, strategic, and result-oriented individual capable of identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into revenue-generating clients.

## **Key Responsibilities**

### **1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**

* Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and online channels.
* Generate qualified leads for Social Santa’s digital marketing services.* Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress.

### **2. Sales & Conversion**

* Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and pitch meetings for potential clients.
* Convert leads into active clients with clear and timely follow-ups.* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company expectations.

### **3. Relationship Management**

* Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams for smooth coordination.* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

### **4. Strategy & Reporting**

* Develop sales strategies and action plans to expand business in Belgaum and surrounding regions.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue targets.* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to propose new strategies.

### **5. Brand Representation**

* Represent Social Santa at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
* Promote the agency’s services with a strong understanding of digital marketing offerings.

## **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing or media agencies.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.* Ability to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships.* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.* Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content, Ads, etc.) is a strong advantage.* Proficiency in CRM tools, lead-tracking systems, and MS Office.
