Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads for IT services and staffing solutions
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire offshore work and remote staffing positions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across mid-market segments
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA

    or equivalent in Marketing/Business Development
  • Proven track record

    in IT services sales and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of IT domains: Infrastructure Management, SAP, Digital Technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.)
