Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating and implementing strategic plans to drive growth. The role includes market analysis, revenue forecasting, contract negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Strong understanding of facility management services and industry practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the facility management or related industry is a plus
