Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Business Development Manager in Retail Broking Vertical. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities from different brokers and managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management
Market Research, Proposal Writing, and Negotiation Skills
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
