What You’ll Do

✅ Drive sales and partnerships for our core product lines:

– Liquid Thermoplastic Resins (LTR)

– NovINSUL Waterproofing & Thermal Coats

– Structural & Industrial Adhesives

✅ Engage with EPC contractors, OEMs, applicators, and R&D teams

✅ Build pipelines in infra, clean energy, mobility, and construction sectors

✅ Deliver technical demos, pitch decks, and client solutions

✅ Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to deliver value

Who We’re Looking For

5+ years in industrial B2B sales, especially in:

– Composite resins

– Construction chemicals

– Waterproofing materials

Technical understanding of polymer or chemical products

Strong relationship-building and solution-selling mindset

Entrepreneurial spirit + passion for sustainability
