Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ankleshwar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. The Business Development Manager will negotiate contracts, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the sales, marketing, and R&D teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and promoting the company's products globally.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical APIs, API intermediates, and the drug manufacturing process
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in business and CRM software
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing sector is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or relevant field; MBA is an advantage
