Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram, with some flexibility for working from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing sales pipelines, and achieving business growth objectives. The role will involve regular interaction with clients, coordination with internal teams, and market analysis to ensure the company's competitive edge in the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Competitive Intelligence
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Project Management and Coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the industrial engineering and construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
