Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. The candidate will also play a key role in promoting Jackvolt’s products and driving growth in the lithium battery market.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and market analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the Lithium-Ion battery industry and familiarity with its applications and market trends
  • Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver on revenue targets
  • Proficiency in project management, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
