Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Partnerships Manager at Novus Composites Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales and partnerships for core product lines such as Liquid Thermoplastic Resins (LTR), NovINSUL Waterproofing & Thermal Coats, and Structural & Industrial Adhesives. Your role will involve engaging with EPC contractors, OEMs, applicators, and R&D teams to build pipelines in sectors like infra, clean energy, mobility, and construction. You will be expected to deliver technical demos, pitch decks, and client solutions while collaborating closely with R&D and technical teams to add value.
