Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Partnerships Manager at Novus Composites Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and partnerships for our core product lines, which include Liquid Thermoplastic Resins (LTR), NovINSUL Waterproofing & Thermal Coats, and Structural & Industrial Adhesives. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with EPC contractors, OEMs, applicators, and R&D teams, building pipelines in infra, clean energy, mobility, and construction sectors, delivering technical demos, pitch decks, and client solutions, as well as collaborating with R&D and technical teams to deliver value. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and partnerships for Liquid Thermoplastic Resins (LTR), NovINSUL Waterproofing & Thermal Coats, and Structural & Industrial Adhesives - Engage with EPC contractors, OEMs, applicators, and R&D teams - Build pipelines in infra, clean energy, mobility, and construction sectors - Deliver technical demos, pitch decks, and client solutions - Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to deliver value Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, particularly in Composite resins, Construction chemicals, and Waterproofing materials - Technical understanding of polymer or chemical products - Strong relationship-building and solution-selling mindset - Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sustainability Join Novus Composites and be part of shaping the market for sustainable, high-performance materials.
