Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating business development plans, and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to develop proposals and presentations. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently and meet quarterly growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM and other business development tools
• Familiarity with digital marketing, graphic design, and website development
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the creative industry is a plus
