Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, client meetings, preparing proposals, and coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Experience in business development, market research, and client relationship management Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and transportation management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop business strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
