About the Role

This role involves performing data analysis, visualization, and strategic impact assessments to support key business initiatives and empower leadership to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Modeling:

• Perform quantitative and statistical analysis to support key business initiatives.
• Write and optimize Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and mapping across multiple sources.

Data Visualization & Storytelling:

• Build dashboards, reports, and data stories using advanced Excel (Pivots, Graphs, Macros, Dashboards) and visualization tools.
• Deliver insights that empower leadership to make data-driven decisions.

Data Mapping & Integration:

• Map data flows between systems and ensure accuracy in reporting pipelines.
• Partner with engineering teams to define data requirements and validate outputs.

Strategic Impact:

• Collaborate with senior members of the Strategy team on growth projects, pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Act as a thought partner—don’t just present numbers, explain what they mean for the business.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data/business analysis.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and mapping.
• Strong command of Advanced Excel: pivots, macros, dashboards, reporting.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Comfort with quantitative and statistical analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL for data querying.
• Exposure to SaaS, SaaS Consulting, Quantitative Research Consulting, Business Consulting (Big 4), marketing technology, or digital strategy domains.
• Experience building executive-ready reports and strategic business models.

Please note, this role requires a dedicated evening shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST) to align with US business hours.
