Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and lead requirement gathering sessions to align with business priorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed business and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define and support test strategies.
• Create and manage product backlog, sprint backlog, user stories, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Plan and execute change management strategies.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a

  Business Systems Analyst

  in the

  P&C Insurance domain

• Advanced proficiency in

  SQL

  and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of

  data modeling

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with
