We are now seeking a visionary Senior Business Consultant to help us unlock strategic growth, scale operations, and bring in high-revenue clients globally. Role Summary: The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, business enabler, and technology-savvy consultant with 15+ years of experience in scaling Digital Marketing and Development agencies. This individual must have a strong global network across India, USA, UK, UAE, and Australia, with a proven ability to generate high-value deals, understand AI advancements, and capitalize on emerging technologies such as Blockchain. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement go-to-market strategies for high-value client acquisition in digital marketing, app development, and web development. Leverage deep industry relationships to generate enterprise and mid-market leads across target geographies. Advise on scaling delivery operations and building robust sales pipelines. Lead strategic initiatives to package AI-powered solutions, custom app development, and innovative web technologies. Consult on value-driven proposals for React, WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, and PHP-based web projects. Guide the company's expansion into AI-driven app solutions (e.g., GPT-powered tools, recommendation engines, automation platforms, etc.). Explore and advise on opportunities in Web3, Blockchain platforms, and decentralized applications (DApps). Assist in positioning the company as a full-stack tech and marketing partner for global clients. Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and enterprise-level pitches. Required Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in business consulting, strategic sales, or operations leadership in digital marketing and/or tech services companies. Proven ability to generate large-ticket projects and long-term contracts. Strong connections and a professional network across India, USA, UK, UAE, and Australia. Deep understanding of technologies like React, PHP, Laravel, Shopify, WordPress, and AI-based app development. Knowledgeable in AI advancements (LLMs, Generative AI, automation, ML models) and Blockchain technologies (NFTs, smart contracts, Web3). Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with excellent communication and deal-closure skills. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience working with or advising high-growth tech or marketing agencies. Ability to open C-suite doors and influence decision-makers in large enterprises. Insight into global digital trends and a keen interest in future technology ecosystems. Familiarity with MarTech, SaaS sales, or productized services is a plus. Engagement Model: Flexible retainer or performance-based consulting engagement.
