About the Role: We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic educators to join our team as Coding Instructor for students in the K–12 segment (Grades 1–12) . The primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality, engaging, and interactive lessons in-person , helping students develop strong foundations in coding and computational thinking. Key Responsibilities: Teach coding in a clear, interesting, and engaging way to K–12 students in a physical classroom setup. Deliver content across different formats to support various product offerings and learning objectives. Innovate and suggest creative methods to teach concepts and solve problems to enhance learning outcomes. Conduct research to ensure concepts are taught in the most effective and age-appropriate manner. Take ownership of lesson delivery from ideation to execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (mandatory). Passion for teaching coding to children is a must. Must have knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Block Coding, Python, Java, C, etc.). 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred, though freshers with strong teaching potential are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to dynamic classroom needs and evolving curriculum. A growth mindset with a keen interest in continuous learning.
