Join us to lead customer engagements and drive successful implementation of ETPs Unified Commerce solutions. Own end-to-end project deliveryfrom presales, solution configuration, client needs assessment, to training and technical support.

What you'll do:

• Engage with clients to align solutions with business needs and deliver value
• Configure & Implement POS, CRM, Order Management, and marketplace integrations
• Collaborate across teams to customize and support the solution
• Manage project plans and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct client and internal training sessions
• Provide ongoing technical support and documentation

Note:

• Experience in Retail domain is mandatory

• Experience in POS configuration & implementation mandatory
