Business Consultant

As an Organizational Development Specialist at the company, your role will involve conducting assessments of organizational structure, culture, and processes to identify areas for development. You will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational development (OD) interventions, including change management strategies. Additionally, you will design and execute training programs covering technical skills, software adoption (CRM), and behavioral skills. Your duties will also include implementing business process improvements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and HR processes. Moreover, you will act as a liaison between Tally BMs and Certified Partners to ensure the smooth execution of TX deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments of organizational structure, culture, and processes to identify areas for development. - Develop and implement organizational development (OD) interventions, including change management strategies. - Design and execute training programs, including technical skills, software adoption (CRM), and behavioral skills. - Implement business process improvements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and HR processes. - Act as a liaison between Tally BMs and Certified Partners to ensure smooth execution of TX deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 2 to 5 years in organizational development, change management, human resources, or Business Consulting. - Technical Skills: Business process implementation, SOP development, CRM adoption, OD interventions, and performance management. - Behavioural Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration. - Software: Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for decision-making.
