Sales Consultant

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy and executing plans to achieve sales targets. Your primary focus will be to identify and nurture leads, converting them into long-term business opportunities. You will also be required to develop client-specific proposals, negotiate contracts, and mine existing accounts to optimize sales for sustainable growth. Building and maintaining direct relationships with key clients through meetings, networking, and events will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales strategy and execute plans to achieve sales targets. - Identify and nurture leads, converting them into long-term business opportunities. - Develop client-specific proposals and negotiate contracts. - Mine existing accounts to optimize sales and ensure sustainable growth. - Build and maintain direct relationships with key clients through meetings, networking, and events. Qualification Required: - Experience: 7 to 12 years in E-Learning sales or related fields like HRMS, LMS, and enterprise sales. - Technical Skills: Corporate sales planning, account management, business development, and CRM utilization. - Behavioural Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities. - Software: Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
