Position Overview: We are seeking a StudentCounsellor who can guide prospective students through our admissions andtraining process. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, target\-oriented, andskilled in communication. This role involves engaging with students, explainingcourse benefits, and supporting them from inquiry to enrolment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, providing detailed information about courses and career outcomes.
  
• Counsel students on course selection, eligibility, and learning pathways.
  
• Convert leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the value of Australian Accounting & Taxation training.
  
• Maintain and update student databases (CRM).
  
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure smooth admission and onboarding.
  
• Assist with scheduling batches and coordinating with trainers.
  
• Build long\-term relationships with students, providing ongoing support and resolving queries.
  
• Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional events when required.
  
  
  Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
    
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.
    
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
    
  • Ability to understand and explain educational content confidently.
    
  • Goal\-oriented with a proven record of achieving admissions targets.
    
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
    
  • Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed.
    

    Desirable:
    

    • Experience in counselling for international or professional education programs.
      
    • Familiarity with accounting or finance training institutes will be an added advantage.
