We are hiring a Chartered Accountant who can manage Magsum’s internal compliances as well as client compliances across GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings, audits, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is multilingual, comfortable communicating with clients in different languages, and capable of handling multiple accounts with accuracy. Key Responsibilities 1. Internal Compliance Management • Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and ROC filings for Magsum Solutions. • Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and handle internal audits. • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations. 2. Client Compliance Management • GST registration, return filing, reconciliation, and audit support. • Income Tax filings for individuals/companies. • TDS calculation, filing, and Form 16/16A issuance. • ROC filings, annual returns, and incorporation compliances. • Respond to notices, assessments, and client queries. • Maintain a compliance calendar for all clients. 3. Financial Reporting & Advisory • Prepare MIS reports, P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets. • Identify compliance gaps and provide corrective guidance. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. 4. Process & Communication Management • Coordinate with clients for documentation and approvals. • Build standardized SOPs for compliance activities. • Ensure timely reminders and deadline management.

Role Overview The Business Consultant / Growth Officer will be responsible for bringing in clients, understanding their business needs, creating strategic business plans, and guiding them through implementation. This role demands strong business acumen, a consulting mindset, and high confidence in closing deals. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Deal Closure Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients for business consulting and growth services. Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and propose the right solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
