Business Building & Growth Intern At Magsum Solutions, we work on building and scaling businesses across different industries. One of our current key projects is Koredio , a SaaS platform for gyms and fitness centers. The idea is simple — help fitness businesses manage their operations better and grow digitally. Who We’re Looking For This is not a typical MBA internship . We’re looking for someone who: Thinks like an entrepreneur and doesn’t shy away from challenges Wants hands-on exposure in building a business Can adapt quickly and take ownership of tasks Is curious, resourceful, and willing to experiment If you want to work closely with a founder and get real exposure to how a business is built from scratch, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating with our tech partner (SculptX) and tracking development progress Helping us build Koredio’s brand identity and managing social media handles Researching and reaching out to gyms/fitness centers for partnerships Preparing for our Chennai launch event (stalls, collaterals, promotions) Doing market research on fitness-tech trends and competitors What You’ll Gain Real-world experience of building and launching a startup project Exposure to different areas: strategy, branding, marketing, sales, and events Close mentorship from the Founder & CEO Stipend + Internship Certificate from Magsum Solutions Chance for a PPO if things go well Who Should Apply MBA student/graduate (Marketing / Strategy / General Management) Strong communicator and self-starter Interested in startups, business building, and entrepreneurship Passion for fitness and tech is a plus
