We are hiring a Chartered Accountant who can manage Magsum’s internal compliances as well as client compliances across GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings, audits, and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate is multilingual, comfortable communicating with clients in different languages, and capable of handling multiple accounts with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Compliance Management
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and ROC filings for Magsum Solutions.
• Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and handle internal audits.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
2. Client Compliance Management
• GST registration, return filing, reconciliation, and audit support.
• Income Tax filings for individuals/companies.
• TDS calculation, filing, and Form 16/16A issuance.
• ROC filings, annual returns, and incorporation compliances.
• Respond to notices, assessments, and client queries.
• Maintain a compliance calendar for all clients.
3. Financial Reporting & Advisory
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
• Identify compliance gaps and provide corrective guidance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
4. Process & Communication Management
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and approvals.
• Build standardized SOPs for compliance activities.
• Ensure timely reminders and deadline management.
