Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes. Monitor vital signs and manage medications. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support. Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance. Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure proper care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
