1Job Tittle-Business Analysts-Retail Banking Location-Pune Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have  Experience of working within a business analysis or solution design role, experience on Retail Banking projects.  Experience of planning Business Analysis activities  Experience of developing Business Analysis approach documents  Ability to coach and deliver requirements and/or user stories  Ability to coach and deliver As-Is processes  Ability to coach and deliver Re-engineering of To-Be processes to ensure they meet the business need  Ability to understand the business need and translate this into appropriate design documentation  Ability to understand complex and technical discussions and relay this back to stakeholders and offshore counterparts  A high level of proficiency in defining functional and non-functional business requirements, with the ability to clearly articulate them, manage stakeholder conflict and identify key decisions.  Experienced with task managing different resource types across multiple locations  ∙ Ability to facilitate, lead and capture outputs from workshops.  ∙ Ability to complete traceability between Business Requirements and Design Docs and Test.
