Role Overview: As a Business Analyst in Retail Banking, you will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business requirements and development/engineering teams. Your role will involve working within a business analysis or solution design role, specifically on Retail Banking projects. You will be tasked with planning Business Analysis activities, developing Business Analysis approach documents, coaching and delivering requirements and/or user stories, as well as facilitating workshops and capturing outputs. Additionally, you will need to understand complex technical discussions and relay them back to stakeholders and offshore counterparts. Key Responsibilities: - Experience of working within a business analysis or solution design role, particularly on Retail Banking projects - Planning Business Analysis activities and developing approach documents - Coaching and delivering requirements, user stories, As-Is processes, and Re-engineering of To-Be processes - Translating business needs into appropriate design documentation - Defining functional and non-functional business requirements, managing stakeholder conflict, and identifying key decisions - Task managing different resource types across multiple locations - Facilitating, leading, and capturing outputs from workshops - Completing traceability between Business Requirements and Design Docs and Test Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence to support the management of OKRs and documentation - Experience working in an Agile environment, whether it be Kanban, Scrum, or using SAFe methodology Please note that the job description for the Business Analyst in Capital Markets is identical to the one mentioned above for Retail Banking, with the same Role Overview, Key Responsibilities, and Qualifications Required.
