As a Business Analyst at Evolvus, your role will involve: - Gathering requirements, conducting data analysis, and documenting findings - Identifying business problems and providing suitable solutions for both existing and new product lines - Monitoring project management tools such as TAIGA, with exposure to JIRA being an added advantage - Managing the Software Development Life Cycle - Collaborating closely with the team and clients to develop market-ready solutions The key responsibilities of a Business Analyst include: - Holding a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's degree considered a plus - Conducting requirement gathering, market analysis, and documentation - Demonstrating good UML knowledge - Providing valuable insights to delivery teams on functional areas for project execution - Offering clarifications, training, and support to development teams during the planning and design phase - Analyzing requirements, identifying gaps, and creating effective solutions for implementation - Showcasing strong organizing skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks - Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous All positions are based at the Evolvus Center of Excellence in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess a valid passport at the time of onboarding and be willing to travel to client locations as per project requirements.
