Business Analysts

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at NTT DATA, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new division within a leading technology provider, shaping the next generation of digital services. Your role will involve working across the SFDC platform, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, Mulesoft, and Tableau, to deliver valuable outcomes for clients. You will join a team of highly skilled individuals across different locations, emphasizing training, consulting skills improvement, and certification achievement. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and document customer business requirements through requirement workshops - Assist in developing requirement specifications, SFDC Solution Design, Use Cases, User Material, and technical requirements - Review and test customizations provided by the development team, and demo solutions to customers for feedback - Act as a liaison among business, technology, support, and offshore teams - Mentor Junior BAs and contribute to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence - Build relationships with internal and external team members - Produce process flows, identify gaps, and pain points - Elucidate requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria - Conduct Sprint End client demos and work with technical leads in Agile development - Utilize Salesforce Best Practices, configuration, workflows, reports, and dashboards creation - Experience in data migration, user acceptance testing, and end-user training Qualifications Required: - Current Salesforce Administrator Certification - 4+ years of Business Analysis experience - 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience - Experience in Agile methodology, JIRA, and system integrations - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Understanding of CRM functional knowledge - Attention to detail in documenting requirements Additional Details: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving Fortune Global 100 clients.
