Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and workflows

  to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reductions

• Gather and document business requirements

  from stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  , including IT, operations, marketing, and management, to ensure alignment on business objectives

• Conduct data analysis

  to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards

  to track key business metrics and performance indicators

• Perform gap analysis

  and help design process improvements, tools, and systems to bridge those gaps

• Assist in project management tasks

  , including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Support change management initiatives

  , ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new processes or systems

• Conduct market research

  and competitor analysis to help inform strategic decisions and identify industry best practices

• Prepare and deliver presentations

  to senior management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and project progress

• Test and validate solutions

  to ensure they meet business needs and requirements

• Monitor ongoing business performance

  to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide recommendations for further optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a

  business analysis

  or similar role, preferably in a related industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to

  analyze complex data

  and

  identify actionable insights

• Experience with

  business process mapping

  ,

  data analysis

  , and

  requirements gathering

• Familiarity with

  project management methodologies

  (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  , and other analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent

  communication skills

  , both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
• Strong

  problem-solving

  skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience with SQL

  and/or other querying tools is a plus
• Knowledge of
