Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for reaching out to prospective scholars and researchers, explaining the company’s PhD support services, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company’s PhD assistance services clearly and confidently.
• Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate service information.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate academic support services.
• Maintain a high conversion rate by following up with interested clients.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Update and maintain client records in the CRM system daily.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of English and regional language (as required).
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Any degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in telesales or customer support (freshers can also apply).
• Experience in the education or research assistance sector will be an added advantage.
