Educational Qualification : BE with hands on knowledge of coding logic apps power and must have architect certificate
Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, identifying customer requirements, and defining future business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations and work towards optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system designs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and documentation. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based in Chennai. - A BE with hands-on knowledge of coding logic apps power and must have architect certificate is required.
