This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the finance, operations, and strategy teams to understand data needs, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and support key decision-making processes. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for financial and operational decisions. Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Power BI. Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis using data-driven approaches. Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful delivery of data solutions. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement by conducting root cause analysis on financial performance and business processes. Create regular and ad-hoc reports that support business reviews and financial planning. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems. Assist in developing KPIs and performance tracking metrics across different business units. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data/finance-related role. Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, report creation, and dashboard optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Solid understanding of financial concepts including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and key financial ratios. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with Excel, SQL, or other data tools is a plus.
