Job Description Senior Business Analyst with Product Owner ExperienceRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Product Owner PO experience to work closely with stakeholders business teams and development squads The role demands a blend of business analysis product ownership stakeholder management and agile delivery expertise to ensure product successKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a bridge between business stakeholders product management and technical teams to elicit analyze and document requirementsPerform end to end Business Analysis activities including requirement gathering gap analysis process mapping and solution validationOwn and maintain the Product Backlog ensuring it is clearly defined prioritized and aligned with business goalsDefine Epics Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide development teamsCollaborate with cross functional teams design development QA DevOps to deliver high quality product incrementsFacilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement sprint planning and reviewsAct as a Product Owner in Agile teams making decisions on feature priorities release planning and trade offsEngage with stakeholders to define product roadmap KPIs and success metricsSupport UAT planning execution and issue resolutionEnsure solutions meet regulatory compliance and security standards if applicable to domainProvide mentorship to junior Business Analysts and contribute to BA best practices within the organization

Required Skills Experience

10 years of overall experience with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or in a PO like capacityProven track record as a Senior Business Analyst working on large scale complex projectsStrong knowledge of Agile Scrum frameworks and experience in managing backlogsProficiency in creating BRDs FRDs process flows user stories and acceptance criteriaExcellent stakeholder management communication and negotiation skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and vice versaHands on experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps or RallyStrong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detailExposure to data driven decision making and product performance trackingDomain expertise in Financial Services Telecom domainExperience with UX UI design collaboration and Knowledge of APIs integrations and data flows
