Pay: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.

Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to identify improvement opportunities.

Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and refine project scope.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients and internal stakeholders.

Assist in Agile processes, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

Maintain and update business documentation, reports, and process flows.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong analytical, documentation, and requirement-gathering skills.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
