Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering

  : Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Data Analysis & Reporting

  : Utilize

  Excel

  and other analytical tools to analyze CRM data, generate insights, and report on key metrics to help drive project decisions.

• Process Mapping & Documentation

  : Help document business processes and workflows, ensuring the CRM system meets the business needs and operates efficiently.

• Project Coordination

  : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure smooth execution of CRM projects and timely delivery of milestones.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  : Assist in testing the CRM system, ensuring it meets business requirements, and document any issues for resolution.

• Stakeholder Communication

  : Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to gather feedback, report on progress, and address any concerns.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Identify and suggest improvements to CRM processes and workflows based on data analysis and industry best practices.

• Analytics Integration

  : Work closely with analytics teams to implement tracking and reporting tools, ensuring the CRM platform provides accurate and actionable data.

Qualifications:

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Technical Skills

  :
• Strong knowledge of

  Excel

  (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and their analytics capabilities.
• Proficiency in

  analytics tools

  (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Basic understanding of

  SQL

  or other data query languages is a plus.

• Analytical Skills

  : Ability to think critically, analyze complex data sets, and generate actionable insights.

• Project Management

  : Familiarity with project management tools and methods to drive project tasks and deadlines.

Additional Requirements

• Prior internship or experience in business analysis, CRM, or data analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a bonus.
