Business Analyst
to support Treasury initiatives within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, document requirements, and ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards. This role requires strong experience in business analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.Scope of Work
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Treasury initiatives.
- Support SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, Iteration Review, Retrospective) with preparation and presentation of business analysis artifacts.
- Develop and maintain process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Ensure traceability from requirements to features, stories, tests, and releases.
- Assist the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, refinement, and readiness for upcoming iterations and PIs.
- Identify and document risks, dependencies, and impediments; support resolution and escalation as needed.
- Maintain tooling hygiene in Azure DevOps (boards, queries, dashboards, traceability links to design, test, and release artifacts).
- Support compliance with security, audit, and ICFR/SDLC controls, ensuring documentation and approvals are captured.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, including release notes, change records, and post-release verification.
- Promote a culture of transparency, psychological safety, and data-driven decision-making.
- Execute work in alignment with SAFe® practices, supporting PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt events, and ensuring adherence to program Definitions of Ready and Done.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology initiatives (Treasury/Financial domain preferred).
- Demonstrated experience supporting Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams, including facilitation of requirements workshops and backlog refinement.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog management, reporting, and traceability.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and built-in quality concepts.
- Familiarity with enterprise controls and governance (security reviews, change management, approvals).
