Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document detailed business and technical requirements. - Acquirer Certification & Compliance: Ensure product compliance with regulatory and industry standards. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, QA teams, and external partners for project alignment and successful delivery. - Bridge between Technical and Business Teams: Translate complex concepts into actionable plans. - Industry Trends & Best Practices Documentation & Reporting: Prepare business cases, project documentation, and performance reports. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. Required Competencies: - Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in business analysis tools, Agile methodologies, and project tracking using Jira. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
