Key

• Partner with stakeholders in Market Risk, Technology, and Data to gather, analyze, and document requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mappings.
  
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile risk data across multiple systems and external providers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  
• Deliver functional and technical specifications for risk data solutions and assist in solution design discussions.
  
• Support risk data governance, sourcing, and reconciliation initiatives.
  
• Serve as 2nd line of defense, partnering closely with Office of COO and Firm Risk teams to ensure controls and compliance.
  
• Contribute to defining processes, systems, architecture, and governance around risk and regulatory frameworks.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master's in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 10–15 years as a Business Analyst, with 7+ years in Market Risk/Risk Data domains.
  
• Strong understanding of Market Risk concepts (VaR, sensitivities, stress testing) and regulatory frameworks (Basel, FRTB, BCBS).
  
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and risk systems (e.g., Murex, Bloomberg).
  
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  
• Experience in UAT coordination, process mapping, and solution delivery.

• Knowledge of Python, Power BI/Tableau, or cloud data platforms.
  
• Certifications such as FRM or CFA.
