About the Role

Product Owner / Product Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RCM workflow products — from ideation and requirements gathering to release and post-deployment optimization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (operations, compliance, engineering, QA, and clients) to translate business requirements into detailed

    Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

    and

    Functional Specification Documents (FSD)

    .
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews; maintain a prioritized and well-defined product backlog.
  • Develop

    user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams

    for RCM modules such as Eligibility Verification, Charge Entry, Coding, Payment Posting, Denial Management, and AR Follow-up.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and process automation possibilities within the RCM space.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, workflow-driven products aligned with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
  • Define and monitor key product KPIs (adoption, user satisfaction, efficiency gains) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer (operations and client stakeholders) to ensure product design aligns with real-world RCM process needs.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training and documentation for product rollouts.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of total experiencein U.S. Healthcare RCM

    (Provider environment) with at least

    2–3 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Analysis

    .
  • In-depth understanding of

    RCM processes

    (front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end workflows).
  • Proven experience in

    Agile/Scrum methodologies

    and using tools like

    JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

    .
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience drafting

    BRDs, FSDs, wireframes, and process flow diagrams

    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across time zones.

  • Willingness to work in

    U.S. shift hours

    to align with client and product team schedules.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with

    Healthcare technology platforms

    (EHR, PMS, or workflow automation tools).
  • Familiarity with

    AI/ML-enabled RCM solutions

    or process automation frameworks.
  • Certification in

    Agile (CSPO, PSM, or PMI-ACP)

    is a plus.
  • Exposure to

    data analytics

    or

    BI dashboards

    for performance tracking and reporting.
