Project Context:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly analyses Functional and Technical Design Documents (FSD/TDD) to understand the business logic, data mapping, and matching rules.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive As-Is process, recording all the ops processes for the reconciliation life cycle and feasibility assessment to ensure full requirement coverage.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy throughout the current reconciliation process.
• Identify, log, and track defects in a structured manner using tools like Jira and collaborate with developers for rapid resolution.
• Perform the process re-imagination which can be labelled as manual, semi automated and automated with the human governance
• Present process map and coverage to business stakeholders for review and approval.
• Working alongside with the technical team for the Agentic build for the reconciliation processes UAT process by helping to validate data for parallel runs.
• Provide a comprehensive quality assessment to inform Go/No-Go decisions for each delivery wave.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a business Analyst in a data-intensive environment (e.g., reconciliation process, optimizations, automating few of the Ops processes) on the CTC Gresham platform (Alternate platform will be TLM / Intelli match / DUCO)
• Experience in the financial services industry,

  particularly in-depth reconciliation processes (Cash, Positions, Trades), is essential.

• Very strong understanding of the capital markets and financial markets domain, Very Good Understanding of the Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Finance concepts
• Implementation of the AI solutions and LLM knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex data validation.
• Very good understanding of the cloud concepts and the Azure Open AI concepts for the AI model validations
• Ability to hit the ground running and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment.
• Must have knowledge about Agile methodology and can run/participate in Agile ceremonies which include running daily stand ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective and reporting iteration progress
• Proficiency using Agile tools (e.g. JIRA/Confluence), Defect analysis and stakeholder management
• Strong Product/Asset Class knowledge across Interest Rates, Credit, FX, Equity, Swaps, Futures, Options etc and should have built the recon controls for these asset classes.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Desirable Skills: Good To Have:

• Experience with specific reconciliation platforms like TLM or Duco (Preferred to have Greshma CTC)
• Experience with test automation using Python or other scripting languages.
• AI platforms like Nucleus, Hive and Azure Open AI
• Understanding of the Gen AI concepts and various LLM models
