Notice Period : Immediate - 10 Days.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories using tools like JIRA.
• Analyze and optimize workflows related to Claims adjudication, Provider data management, and Care Management processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand pain points and propose automation or system enhancements.
• Work closely with ITS teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes with technological solutions.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and manage deliverables across Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Solid understanding of US healthcare workflows: Claims lifecycle, Provider onboarding & maintenance, Utilization Management, and Appeals.
• Familiarity with Care Management models and clinical review processes.
Technical Proficiency:
• Experience with healthcare SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, data extracts, and rule-based engines.
• Ability to design and document application workflows and UI wireframes.
• Working knowledge of databases, data dictionaries, and SQL is a plus.
Business Analysis Skills:
• Proficient in creating process maps, use cases, and user stories.
• Skilled in gap analysis, impact assessments, and requirement traceability.
