Salesforce business Analyst

Health Cloud implementations (patient management, care coordination, referral

workflows, contact center operations).

Translate healthcare workflows into Salesforce Health Cloud features such as Care

Plans, Care Teams, Appointment Management, and Householding.

Collaborate with technical teams to define data models, APIs, integrations

(FHIR/HL7, EHR, claims systems), and security requirements.

Author user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional

specifications for Salesforce Health Cloud projects.

Conduct fit-gap analysis between out-of-the-box Health Cloud features and custom

requirements.

Support system configuration (Flows, page layouts, validation rules) and perform

hands-on testing of delivered features.

Drive UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios and defect triage with

business users.

Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all solution designs.
