Job Description

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define
requirements for web and mobile applications
.
Conduct detailed
business and systems analysis
, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical feasibility.
Work closely with
UI/UX teams
to ensure optimal customer experience across platforms.
Facilitate
scrum ceremonies
and act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
Support testing teams by validating requirements and ensuring quality deliverables.
Perform
competitive analysis
and identify opportunities for product or process improvement.
Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
.
8–10 years of experience as a
Business Analyst
, preferably in
web and mobile application development
.
Strong understanding of
SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
.
Experience in creating
wireframes, workflows, and user stories
using tools like
JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Balsamiq
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Good to Have:

Experience with
API documentation
,
integration projects
, or
e-commerce / fintech / enterprise apps
.
Familiarity with
data-driven decision-making
,
analytics dashboards
, or
user behavior tracking
.
Certification in
CBAP, CCBA
