Looking for a SME who can turn numbers into stories and insights that drive placements and outcomes. This role blends analytics with real-world impactworking closely with students and internal teams.

What You’ll Do:

Analyse datasets (student performance, placement data, job trends) to generate actionable insights.
Build dashboards and reports to track placement metrics and learning outcomes.
Partner with placement and learning teams to identify skill gaps and improve job readiness.
Present insights to non-technical stakeholders—students, mentors, partner companies.
Ensure data quality and drive best practices in collection and reporting.
Stay updated on hiring trends in data/AI-ML domains.

What You’ll Bring:

1-4 years of experience in Data Analytics; edtech or placement experience is a plus.
Strong skills in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and comfort in customer-facing discussions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data.

Nice to Have:

Experience in placement enablement or skill-gap mapping.
Understanding of AI/ML job market trends.
