Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Mumbai . This is a full-time, on-site role where you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements, document functional workflows, and support seamless project delivery through close coordination with development and QA teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) Gather, clarify, and document business requirements through stakeholder interactions Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Balsamiq or Figma Map and document current-state workflows and define future-state functional requirements Collaborate with developers and testers to perform System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Assist in project estimation, define dependencies, and build detailed project plans Participate in release planning and coordinate with QA and development teams Support presales efforts by contributing to proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and feature documentation Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for proposed features or changes Qualifications 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domains Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum), and Waterfall methodologies Ability to perform data analysis using SQL and manage data mapping tasks Experience creating UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity) and RACI matrices Familiarity with A/B testing and sprint ceremonies like Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Preferred Skills Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and work in dynamic teams Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation based on experience and skillset Opportunity to work on high-impact projects across industries Exposure to Microsoft’s latest cloud technologies and tools Supportive and collaborative work environment Learning & development opportunities with access to certifications and internal mentorship Flexible working hours and leave policies Performance-based recognition and growth opportunities If interested, please share your cv at talent@ndsglobal.com Skills: project estimation,sql,agile,prototyping,sales,system testing,problem solving,data analysis,business requirement analysis,sdlc,uml diagrams,stakeholder interaction,wireframing,raci matrices,end to end sales,waterfall,functional requirement documentation,user acceptance testing (uat) Show more Show less
