Qualification

B.E, B.Tech, MCA or B.Sc (I.T).

Experience

5+ years
Candidates with relevant experience from Non-Engineering or Science Background can be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

* A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis.
* Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.* Performing requirements gathering and analysis.* Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.* Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.* Working closely with clients, technical team, and management.* Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.* Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.* Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.* Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members.* Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.* Performing user acceptance testing.* Help Project Manager in managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.* Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.* Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.* Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.* Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.* Excellent documentation skills.* A track record of following through on commitments.* Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
