Job Description

Minimum 6+ years of Experience.
Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to ensure the development of effective solutions.
Efficient in creating Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Expert in Scrum, Kanban Agile Methodologies.
Efficient in Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq, Figma for Wire framing and Flowcharts,
Efficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint for documentation and presentation, MS Excel, and SQL for Data Analysis.
Efficient in Business Analysis techniques like Business Process Modeling (BPM), MOSCOW Technique, Requirement Ranking Method, 100 Dollar method, Kano Analysis, SWOT Analysis and RCA
Managing and providing subject matter expertise with the building of APIs for the entitlement verification for service.
Recognize and adopt best practices in analysis, design, build, test design, validation, and documentation.
Availed good knowledge in agile methodologies and techniques - Agile (Scrum) - Creating, Maintaining User Stories, Sprint Sheets.
Strong background in business analysis, excellent Product and project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of the Insurance domain is needed.
Expertise in using leading industry tools like Azure DevOps, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Visio to develop various project deliverables and understand work.
